EFA Sales Africa (Pty) Limited is the Official Dealer for E-ONE in Africa for the supply of fire and emergency response vehicles (see map) and has grown to become the industry leader in a few decades with the state-of-the-art fire rescue vehicles manufactured by E-One through their innovation and pursuit of new technologies. Together with E-One, we are committed to supply quality products and unconditional after-sales service to the Fire, Rescue, and Disaster Management Departments throughout Africa.

Quality is our number one priority, and we consider it to be critical for continued business success. Most of our competitors in Africa submit component manufacturers’ ISO certification, we do not, as E-One is a registered ISO 9001-2000 company (click here).
E-One delivers products and services that conform to customer and regulatory/legal requirements. We will not knowingly accept a contract with quality requirements that cannot be met or surpassed, nor will we deliver any product that does not meet contractual requirements, for example NFPA, ICAO and FAA standards respectively and Third Party Test Certification. Almost all of our competitors in Africa cannot perform the tests such as: Pump Test, Pumping Engine Overload Test, Pressure Control System Test, Priming Device Tests, Vacuum Test, Water Tank-to-Pump Flow Test, Piping Hydrostatic Test and Electrical System Performance Test as outlined in current NFPA 1901. E-One has all the test facilities required to perform these tests for certification on site (click here).
E-One fire engines are the most successful range of industrial fire vehicles, airport fire vehicles (ARFF), water-foam tenders and rescue, hazmat, command centre vehicles ever introduced into Africa. Most refineries, major airports, and municipal fire departments have one or more E-One fire engines in their fleet, to the extent that most have standardised on them.

Unlike our competitors in the African market, We Service What We Sell, and are supported by E-One’s Customer Support Group, which includes a computerised parts warehouse that can ship E-One parts worldwide within 72-hours.
EFA Africa as the E-One Africa Dealer gives comprehensive training on operational, mechanical service and troubleshooting on our fire fighting and rescue trucks at the time of delivery.
